Decision Summary

 
On 23 April 2026, the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (the Authority) decided to cancel the registration of Mr Jujhar Bajwa (MARN 0742209), following an investigation into the Agent’s conduct.

The Agent must not be registered for a period of five years from the date of the decision.

The Authority was satisfied that the Agent breached his obligations under clauses 2.1 and 2.9 of the former Code and sections 13, 15, 17, 18(1)(a) and 20 of the Code.

The Authority found that the Agent:
• Failed to act in accordance with the law, specifically section 312A of the Act, by failing to declare to the Department the immigration assistance he provided to clients.
• Failed to comply with his duty not to undermine migration law.
• Failed to act ethically and honestly with integrity.
• Provided false and misleading information to the Authority and made false and misleading statements in support of applications and to the Department, which he knew to be false or misleading.

The Authority was also satisfied that the Agent was not a person of integrity, or otherwise not a fit and proper person to give immigration assistance.
