On 17 August 2026, the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (the Authority) decided to bar the Former Agent, Mr Entel Dajsmaili (MARN: 0641441), from being registered as a migration agent for a period of five (5) years following an investigation into a complaint regarding the Former Agent’s conduct.

The Authority found that the Former Agent breached his obligations under sections 13(1), 13(2), 17 and 18(1)(a) and (b) of the of the Code, which came into effect on 1 March 2022. The Authority also found that the Former Agent breached his obligations under clauses 2.9 and 2.23 of the former Code, as in force prior to 1 March 2022.

The Authority found that the Former Agent:
• Made statements in support of applications, or encouraged the making of statements, which he knew or believed to be misleading or inaccurate.
• Failed to take all reasonable steps to maintain the reputation and integrity of the migration advice profession.
• Failed to notify the Department that he had provided immigration assistance.
• Failed in his duty to act professionally, ethically, honestly and with integrity.
• Engaged in conduct that is reasonably likely to damage the reputation of migration agents or the immigration advice industry.
• Undermined migration law by seeking to defeat the purpose of and evade a requirement of the migration law.
