On 1 June 2026, the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (the Authority) decided to caution Registered Migration Agent (RMA) Ms Rupinder Kaur (MARN 1791857) for a period of three months following an investigation into a complaint about her conduct.

The Authority was satisfied that the RMA breached her obligations under clauses 2.8. 2.20(c) 5.2 and 6.1 of the former Code.

The Authority was satisfied that the RMA had:

• Failed to obtain written instructions from her clients
• Failed to enter into service agreements with her clients
• Failed to maintain proper records including file notes of every substantial and material oral communication
• Failed to provide written advice to her client about when fees must be given
