If you have already created an account in the new OMARA portal which was released on 22 March 2021, follow these steps if you have forgotten your password.
- Select Login > on the top right hand side of the home page of this website.
- On the sign-in page, select Forgot your password?
- Enter your email address.
- Select Send. A message displays and you are sent an email containing a link to reset your password.
- From the email, follow the link to reset your password. Note: The link will only remain valid for 24 hours.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Select Reset.
- Your account details are updated with the new password.
If you have already created an account in the new OMARA portal which was released on 22 March 2021, follow these steps if you have forgotten your user name.
- Select Login > on the top right hand side of the home page of this website.
- On the sign in page, select Forgot username?
- Enter your nominated email address.
- Enter the code from the image.
- Select Submit. You will be sent an email informing you of your username.
