If you think your education agent is giving immigration assistance in Australia and is not a registered migration agent, tell the Department by filling in a Border Watch form.
The report should include the name of the person, their address (if known) and any information to show that they are giving immigration assistance unlawfully.
If you think your education agent has participated in a criminal matter, tell the police and fill in a Border Watch form.
